Pankiman is salon and small-business management software. If something is not working, or you are not sure how something is meant to work, write to us.

Email support@pankiman.com. That is the address for anything about using Pankiman. Privacy requests and account deletion go to privacy@pankiman.com instead.
Write in English or Vietnamese. Telling us the account email, the salon name, your phone and its OS version, and what you expected to happen will usually save a round trip.
What we can help with
Signing in and account access
Trouble signing in, a verification code that does not arrive, resetting a password, or a lost authenticator.
Your salon and your team
Invitations that were not received, a role that looks wrong, access that was revoked, or moving ownership of a salon to someone else.
Customers and appointments
Anything that looks wrong in a customer's record, a booking, or the day's schedule.
Photos of finished work
Photos that will not upload, photos that seem to be missing, or a photo attached to the wrong service.
Recorded services and payments
A service recorded against the wrong person, an amount that looks wrong, or a payment method that is not behaving as expected. Pankiman records how a service was paid; it does not process payments and does not hold any money.
Deleting an account or a salon
Ask us here if you are not sure what each deletion option removes. An actual request to delete your account or your salon goes to privacy@pankiman.com, and the account and data deletion page explains both routes in full.
Bugs and feedback
If something crashed, behaved strangely, or simply gets in your way, tell us. Steps that reproduce it are the most useful thing you can send.
Never send us secrets
Pankiman will never ask for these, and you should never put them in an email:
- your password
- a one-time code sent to you
- an authenticator or TOTP code
- recovery codes or recovery links
- access or refresh tokens
A message that contains any of these will be refused and deleted.
